Best Mexican Food and life music?

Adobe Grill or Las Casuelas?

Best Mexican Food and life music?

Oh dear, that calls for some very subjective input!! The safe answer would be to say I don%26#39;t think you would be disappointed in the food or music at any of those restaurants. The differences are more in ambience. In general I would say the various Las Casuelas restaurants in the valley are more casual, crowded, loud and buzzy.

By contrast the Adobe Grill is more relaxing and elegant. It%26#39;s in the middle of a 5-star resort, so no whizzing traffic, crowded sidewalks or unsightly parking lots. You reach it (if not by elevator) then by meandering up a flower-banked path over a gently flowing stream, past a fire-and-water fountain. You can choose to sit outside on the terrace, which is absolutely beautiful as the sun sets behind the mountains (and warmed or cooled as the weather dictates). Service is personable and the menu sophisticated. Afterwards, you can wander down the path a few steps and have a post-dinner drink on the fountain plaza while you enjoy a live band. (You might want to check on the schedule of the live music if you are visiting out of season and this is essential to you.)

Reservations are a good idea at any of them.

No absolutes in this answer! Fortunately, you really can%26#39;t go wrong wherever you turn. Have fun!
