I%26#39;m thinking of taking my 13 and 15 year old sons to Palm Springs for easter vacation. What hotel would you recommend? and what activities is there to do there for this age group? Thank you

I think the Rancho Las Palmas is a good choice, good pool and central location, also fairly close to the water park. Its not in Palm springs, but the better hotels are in the neighboring cities

I have a vacation home in Palm Desert near the Marriott and 13 %26amp; 15 yo girls. Your kids will likely enjoy:

1. the pools at any hotel or rental

2. movies (IMAX in Cathedral City)

3. Palm Springs Aerial Tram, hike at the top

4. A day trip and hikes at Joshua Tree NP, make sure you go to the Cholla cactus garden

5. Living Desert %26amp; Zoo off El Paseo

6. the Mad Hatter shop in downtown Palm Springs

7. golf

8. tennis

I also recommend you consider renting a condo in the area rather than staying in hotel rooms. You%26#39;ll all have a better time (mines booked), save money on breakfasts and lunches, have more room, and probably spend less than 2 hotel rooms. I recommend vrconnection.com; vrbo.com; homeaway.com; or the Marriot Villas. I also recommend private rentals at Palm Valley Country Club where you can golf, tennis, etc. or at Rancho Las Palmas.
