Good price airfare? LHR to SFO

Just been looking at Virgins prices for September %26#39;09 from Heathrow. Comin up @ approx. 拢340 each return (all-in). Does this sound a reasnable price?

We%26#39;ve never booked independant flights to the USA before so not really sure of a ';good'; price.

Yes, the best prices for Sept 9th for the airlines such as United,American,Virgin,etc are coming in at around $500dollars or 340 pounds.

for a roundtrip from LHR to SFO is a good deal.

I would%26#39;ve recommended AerLingus if you couldn%26#39;t find a better deal despite the stopover/plane change in Dublin.September is the best time of the year to come to San Francisco as the temperatures are around 20 degrees celcius with fairly long days still.

In September you have about a third the hoardes of tourists as you would say in July.Tours,hotels ,airfares are more reasonable as well.
