What is NOT going on that day??
The busiest day of the year starting off with a marathon followed by the biggest parade west of teh Mississippi and ending with fireworks being shot off the end of the pier.
This website will be of help to you. Book your hotel early. They will be booked up very soon if not some already gone...and dont forget about the Shorebreak Hotel opening in May.

Be prepared for large crowds, we were in Laguna Beach over the 4th last year, big crowds, lots of fun! Enjoy the coast! :)
