Rental suggestions within walking distance of.....

Hi all -

I will be attending my 25 year HS reunion in PS the weekend of 8/14. I am strongly considering renting a condo/townhome/house rather than staying at a hotel.

Here%26#39;s the catch: I would like to be within walking distance of either The Spa Resort and casino OR The Viceroy. My reunion will be in either location, but which one is not yet confirmed.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions and any mid century modern locales are a bonus.

The Deauville is right across from the Spa but its not mid-century.

There are really no complexes in that area- just small units and converted inns that went condo..

Why not just stay at the Viceroy?

Or Casa Cody, Orbit Inn, Chase ets

Thanks again PS. We just may end up staying at the Viceroy (I don%26#39;t want to stay at The Spa Casino) but last time we rented a house and really enjoyed it. There%26#39;s more room, we had a private pool. Plus we may possibly bring my daughter and my mom to babysit when we%26#39;re at the reunion so the house would work out much better. If we went to a hotel we would have to rent two rooms. That would make for a VERY expensive weekend. :)

I did look at VRBO and I have bookmarked a couple of places.
