Swimming in April

Another question with regarding finding a hotel--is it swimming weather in San Diego? Would we regret not getting a hotel with a pool? We enjoy swimming and that would also help us narrow it down with selections. Many thanks to anyone who may want to share opinions. jennie

Swimming in a heated pool or relaxing in a nice warm jacuzzi is always nice-year round. Have a sweatshirt or coverup for when you come out of the water in case the air is cool.

It should be fine for swimming but you must have a heated pool! I%26#39;d even call and ask what they set the pool temp to. I have almost frozen in some ';heated'; pools.
