Relaxing getaway for one night in OC?

Hi,

My wife and I are going to drop our one year old off in Fullerton this weekend, and will then have Saturday day and night and Sunday day in OC to ourselves. We would like to stay somewhere nice, not more than about $200 (less is great) where we don%26#39;t have to drive to dinner, breakfast, etc. We would like to drive in and park and not drive again until we leave the next day. Walking distance to restaurants, movies, etc. is key.

We would like a place that is quaint and quiet, not a 1,000 room megaplex, though it does not have to be a B%26amp;B.

All suggestions would be genuinely appreciated.
