Hihi, Just want to know what are the things that is available in SF? Heard that there are factory outlets.. is it very far away from SF?

There are two factory outlet shopping centers, both about an hour away from SF. Definitely worth it if you drive, but not so much otherwise since getting there by public transit is difficult. It is worth it if you are at all into Coach bags.

Things to buy, do you mean clothes? There is H%26amp;M, Zara and Mango (same stuff as Sing, so you probably wouldn%26#39;t be interested), Levi%26#39;s Flagship store, Forever 21 Flagship, Nike, Gap, Banana Republic. You%26#39;ll find everything you want at Union Square and the Westfield Mall on Market St.

Bellagreen, From SF, Gilroy is closer to 1.5 hours one way, especially if you hit traffic in the SJ area. As I mentioned in the other thread, I did that for several years on TDay Friday and it was a very long day!

Simplygal, are you going anywhere else in the USA that might be closer to outlet shopping like the previous poster?

I believe Bellagreen isn%26#39;t referring to the Gilroy outlet but the Marina Outlet Mall in San Lorenzo.

There are also many outlet stores at the Great Mall in Milpitas.

Oops, actually I was just estimating time- Gilroy and Vacaville are the two I was thinking of, and both are more like 1.5 hrs away. I don%26#39;t really consider San Leandro or Milpitas true outlet malls.
